Cancellation Policy
1. Request Submission
Any cancellation notification must be made with your Account Manager or alternatively, submitted to the billing department using email communication. Any cancellation request will only be accepted and approved provided that they have received confirmation from the concerned department.
2. Timeframe for Cancellations:
Refund can be requested only within 12 hours of making the order, this strictly applies to every cancellation request.
For this policy, the only requests that will be honoured are those made when at least one of the project execution activities has not already begun. No project work will be cancellable after the project work is started with the client.
3. Third-Party Services:
While technical or financial circumstances pertain to our service, Techno Deviser assumes no responsibility for the cancellation of third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, web development, or content writing as all these are third parties.
4. Special Conditions:
All cancellations for specific services such as designing unique websites or creating unique marketing solutions or unique business software shall be dealt with after business evaluation. These services may be subject to extra charging of cancellation fees depending on the stage of the work done.
In bundled service packages, the cancellation will only apply to introductions not taken by any of the parties. Services already delivered have been defined as no collectable and non-contact.
5. Notice Period for Long-Term Contracts:
Project contracts that are of longer durations can only be terminated on notice in writing, which should be in not less than 30 days. This helps to avoid hitches experienced during the transition process when transferring a project from one phase to another.
6. Changes to Cancellation Requests:
All changes to existing cancellation requests have to be made as soon as possible. If at any point we are cancelled, additional charges may be incurred to reinstate the project.

If you cancel services you’ve paid for and agreed to receive from us, we usually do not issue refunds. This applies to situations where work has commenced on a project delivery or for services that have been totally or partially completed.
2. Monthly Payment Terms for Subscription-Based Services:
- This means that where the business offers subscription-based or monthly service the payment for the next month is made only after evaluation of the current month's performance.
- Techno Deviser makes no necessary quantitative promises like the improvement of traffic, rank on search engines and leading etc and again there will be no money-back guarantee as per the target set for such traffic, rank etc.
3. Policy for White-Label Digital Marketing and Development Services:
We offer our White Label Digital Marketing and Web Development solutions throughout India. To ensure compliance with the terms laid down hereunder, you will be required to process a refund pursuant to the provisions herein if you are dissatisfied with the range of products sold by this website.
4. Refund Policy for Prepaid Services and Projects:
Only partial refunds are allowed for prepaid projects and this is on condition that the cancellation has not been done before any work has begun.
Once work has commenced, refunds will only be given based on unutilized hours or services provided, excluding any administrative charges, cost of set up and other such non-refundable costs.
5. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds in Case of Delays or Errors:
In very special cases, therefore, where, for instance, Techno Deviser’s internal mechanisms have caused a delay in the services offered then the customer may be partly or fully refunded depending on the assessment of the situation.
6. Disputes and Mediation for Resolving Refund-Related Issues:
- If any dispute arises related to any refund request then Techno Deviser supports dialogue in order to reach a compromise.
- If the parties wish to use a third party to help in trying to solve the dispute, third-party mediation can be used.
7. Refund Processing Timelines and Credit Methods:
- Credits approved will be done within fourteen business days. The refund amount will be debited to the original payment in case of direct payment made by the buyer.
- The method will be allowed unless the parties agree to do otherwise in writing.
Refund Limitations for Consultation and Third-Party Services:
No reimbursement for meeting and consultation fees, session for initial assessment of the project strategies, or any third-party software products, online services, or applications used during the project duration
